WHY ME?
- I grew up LOVING books, and after secretly writing books for years, I decided to self-publish the one series that stuck with me. It was formerly Dragon Wars and has grown into the Lost Children of Andromeda as I have grown into myself.
- Five years ago, (after a long career in marketing), I dedicated the rest of my life to Lost Children of Andromeda and all of the things that could come from it.

A large part of my mission is to give voice to the underrepresented, and increase diversity and inclusion in book publishing. I am also creating a book club program where we give disadvantaged youth access to diverse novels and comics to inspire affinity for literature as an experience, thus improving literacy. For the number of books sold through Kickstarter, I will match that number of books being donated to disadvantaged youth.

Because I'm passionate about the experience of life, I made Lost Children of Andromeda more than a book series, I made it an immersive experience!! We have art, music, literature, and a fully immersive cinematic podcast and comic book concept in the works. Thanks to an overwhelming amount of love and support, my first book and soundtrack: ZOSMA were already funded. Now I’m here to bring the next experience in the series to life 205Z: Time and Salvation, a Hardcover Novel with images + eBook + Audiobook + a soundtrack.

-- A young man classified as an “Evolutionary” with inhuman DNA and abilities like strength, regeneration, and energy manipulation, as he searches for his place and his power in a world about to end. Plus a diverse cast of characters like Dr. Florence Belladonna, the high riding political injected to ensure success; Captain Jared Brandt, Evolutionary frontman dedicated to saving humanity; and Lieutenant Leesa Delemar, the strongest living Evolutionary with a terrible secret.
With only 215 days left until a catastrophic natural event, they’ll go up against the infamous C20 organization in the race for alien artifacts that promise humanity’s salvation.

1. With your support today, I can bring a story to life that generations will enjoy for years to come. What your support goes toward is the images in the novel, an animated book trailer for marketing, editing costs, formatting, the audiobook recording, the soundtrack, and the final book cover files.
2. I'm self-published, so I can't get this novel onto your bookshelf, in your headphones, or to fellow sci-fi fantasy/speculative fiction fans without your support. Word of mouth is essential in an ecosystem that doesn’t trust advertising, and in some cases, media. Trust each other, trust yourselves. Follow your intuition.
THE BACKGROUND:
Alas, the journey continues. Lost Children of Andromeda has become more than I could have ever imagined. It is a beacon for myself, what I continue to pour myself into, and every day I feel myself UNLEASHING more and more of my potential. I am compelled by some power and heritage within, something flowing through me to persevere, to keep going in spite of the obstacles. During 2019 and 2020, a difficult time in all of our lives, where we faced more pain and more loss than ever, I still knew, even as the storm raged around us — We have always been strong enough. It’s from this place that I wrote the novel.
This creative process has been a joyful reflection of my inner journey, and constantly reminds me of the blessings that come with building this platform -- deeply connecting with other creators, book lovers, storytellers, and incredible Evolutionaries.
The community is growing and I want you to be a part of it.

Each Konkret title will appeal to different readers. Having diversity and great storytelling as our biggest priorities, and we have focused on writing and producing the highest quality comics in the market right now. If you are a fan of superhero adventures mixed with cosmic science fiction, you will fall in love with Akolyte. Odina is a must-read title for fans of X-Men, ancient Egyptian mythology, and Black culture. Risks and challenges
The great news is...I've done this before. But this project comes with some risk. The novel is in a great place in terms of content, there are just a few more things needed to bring it over the finish line. I have all of my partners sourced for formatting, editing, book cover design, and soundtrack composition. I will need to find someone to prin the novels in a really good quality, read the audiobook and a company to support with fulfillment. The lead time for fullfilment will be about 12 weeks from the time the Kickstarter ends. The new challenge will be creating some really cool packaging for things getting shipped out and keeping the price down! Overall, I promise the rewards will be delivered and they will be amazing.
